The 10-speed XTR Shadow PLUS rear derailleur sees a re-engineered architecture that provides a smooth, linear feel at the shifter and is remarkably stable despite suspension movement, trail chatter or inevitable cable contamination. The internal clutch system maintains chain tention througt the roughest of terain, fully adjustable with included tool and built in on/off switch round out the Shadow Plus RD.
