Zipp partners with Silca™ to offer a premium valve extender with a stylish, innovative design that eliminates annoying rattling between the extender and rim valve hole.

The extender features a 24mm gasket to reduce rattling and is machined from 6066-T6 aluminum. When installed on Zipp butyl tubes with 37mm valves, it is compatible with Zipp 303, 404, and 808 rims. It is also compatible with all tubes with a removable valve core and places the Presta valve at the top of the extender for easy inflation access.

Each kit includes two extenders for the bike and one extender for the spare tube. The 34mm kit also includes one extender tool.
