The Kross Esker 1.0 FL is a 2026 aluminium gravel bike with a flat handlebar, a Shimano CUES 1×9 drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes. This listing is frame size L (20") in grey/purple with a gloss finish, suited to riders of 178-185 cm.
The Esker FL is built for riders who want the speed and sporty character of a gravel bike but prefer a flat handlebar to a drop bar. It rolls on 28" (700C) wheels with Schwalbe G-One Comp 700 × 45C tyres.
The frame is a second-generation aluminium design, paired with an aluminium fork. It has a tapered head tube, 1 1/8" at the top and 1.5" at the bottom, fitted with an FSA 1-1/8"-1.5" SRS headset. Cables are routed internally, the paint is powder-coated with a gloss finish, and the brakes use the Flat Mount standard. The frame uses the Kross RHS system: a replaceable derailleur hanger, with the thread either in the hanger itself or in a special nut.
The drivetrain is Shimano CUES throughout: a U4000 rear derailleur, U4000 shifter and U4000 crankset, an LG300 11-46T 9-speed cassette, an LG500 chain and a UN101 bottom bracket. It is a single-ring (1×) setup.
Braking is by Shimano BR-UR300 hydraulic calipers front and rear with Shimano MT200 levers and a 160 mm rear rotor. Check the front rotor size on the bike itself before ordering replacement rotors or setting up a spare. The wheels use Shimano TC500 hubs front and rear laced to aluminium rims. Maximum tyre width is 45 mm, so the fitted 45C tyres are already at the limit of the frame.
Contact points are a Kross saddle and Hermans Shark Lock grips.
The bike is supplied without pedals, so fit a pair before handover.
