Kross Trans 2.0 Gents Trekking Bike
The Kross Trans 2.0 M is a gent's hybrid and city bike with a 19" frame, finished in graphite black gloss. It rolls on 28-inch wheels, runs a 21-speed Shimano drivetrain with V-brakes, and comes equipped with mudguards, a luggage rack, a kickstand and battery-powered front and rear lights.
The frame is aluminium, listed by the maker as Aluminium Performance, and it is paired with a Zoom 120E suspension fork giving 30 mm of front travel. The headset is 1-1/8".
Gearing comes from a Prowheel triple chainset with 28/38/48T rings and 170 mm cranks, turning on an FP-B902 bottom bracket and shifted by a Shimano Tourney TY510 front derailleur. At the back a Shimano TZ500 freewheel with a 14-28T range is worked by a Shimano Altus M310 rear derailleur, and a YBN S50 chain links the two. Shifting is through Shimano Acera ST-EF500 units, which are also listed as the brake levers.
Braking is by V-brakes front and rear; there are no disc rotors on this model. The wheels are built on aluminium hubs and aluminium rims and are fitted with Wanda P1024 tyres in 28 × 1.5.
At the contact points the bike has a steel handlebar (610/25.4) on an aluminium stem (90/25.4 REG), Kross grips, a Kross saddle on a 27.2 × 350 mm aluminium seatpost, and plastic composite pedals.
The equipment list covers Tubus plastic 28" mudguards, a Buchel rack rated at 25 kg, an Ursus central kickstand, a Buchel Ocean battery front light and a Buchel Tivoli battery rear light.
