Zipp’s 454 NSW Tubeless Disc-Brake is designed for road racing and delivers aerodynamic efficiency and stability in all wind conditions. Its wider rim is designed for tubeless tires at lower pressure to reduce rolling resistance and provide vibration damping. For the best combination of aerodynamics and rolling resistance gains, a 28mm tire is recommended on this wheel. The undulating 58mm Sawtooth rim shape with Hyperfoils provides Zipp’s most aerodynamic and stable wheel design.

The 454 NSW features Zipp’s Total System Efficiency (TSE), which addresses wind resistance, gravity, rolling resistance, and vibration losses. Its hookless rim design provides a seamless transition between the tire and rim, while efficient resin distribution contributes to lighter and stronger wheels. The wheel features a premium ZR1 SL hubset with ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement, and the hubset is 30g lighter than the predecessor hub used in NSW wheels.
