Zipp’s 858 NSW Carbon Tubeless Disc-Brake wheelset is designed as a high-performance deep-rim wheel for road, triathlon, and time trialing. It features Total System Efficiency (TSE) technology, a tubeless and hookless rim profile, and a 23mm internal rim width for wider tires at lower pressures. Its 82mm–85mm undulating rim shape uses Zipp’s patented Sawtooth profile for aerodynamic efficiency and crosswind stability.

The 858 NSW is optimized for tubeless tires and is fastest with a 28mm tire. The wheelset features the premium ZR1 SL hubset with ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement. It also uses disc brakes for reliable speed modulation and braking power in all weather conditions, while tubeless-ready tires with tubes can also be used.
